New BMW X3 2011 Price, BMW X3 Review, Features & Specifications
The car giant BMW has launched its new SUV BMW X3 in two diesel variants. They are BMW X3 xDrive20d and BMW X3 xDrive30d. The SUV will be available in eight color options. BMW X3 is a powerful luxury SUV that assures a wonderful road experience and high end safety.
Diesel engine will take 9.2 seconds to go from nil to 100 kmph, whereas petrol engine will take car 8.9 seconds to go from 0 to 100 Kmph.
It has plush interiors. The luxe interior is complete with comfortable leather coated seats, steering wheel covered in attractive leather trimmed in elegant way with many functional keys placed on it, spacious cabin, sufficient headroom, legroom, shoulder room and hip room. Interior trims are expected to be in wood trim Poplar Grain Light, Fine-wood trim Poplar Grain Grey and Fine-wood trim Walnut Light. The car comes with cup holders at rear and front seats, floor mats in velour etc. The seats have high end technology with electronic seat adjustment and memory function for driver’s seat.
It has safety features like safety belts which are feature force limiters and tensioners with electronically controlled pyrotechnic actuators, airbags, side airbags, impact depending system, a warning triangle and a first aid kit.
BMW X3 2011 Engine Specifications
The 1995 cc diesel engine will give 130 Kw power and top torque of 350 Nm at 1750 rpm . The 2490 cc petrol engine offers max power of 158 kW and peak torque of 246 Nm at 4000 rpm. This petrol variant will have six speed automatic gearbox.
